EM4000 is a fully AI based dual camera system for the trailers, powered by solar and rechargeable batteries. One camera is placed inside the trailer and another camera is mounted on the front of the trailer. Cargo sensor and trailer camera system. Both of the AI based cameras are night vision, rugged, IP67 waterproof, 4G/LTE, full telematics. Inside camera detects the space utilization, cargo loads, human trafficking, temperature sensor and many more features. External camera detects and uploads the pictures/videos of the driver who connects the truck to the trailer, pictures of the DOT Number and MC Number of the truck connecting to the trailer, any incidents/accidents on the trailer. This system has full telematics features as well. This system gives you complete peace of mind about the safety and security of the trailer.

Why did we invent EM4000?

• Camera can upload cargo pictures each time the trailer is parked; and periodic pictures when moving/ arrival departure from customer sites. Any human trafficking can be detected/reported.
• Trailer space utilization each load. Tamper notification.
• On demand video or pictures inside the trailer or outside the trailer.
• Temperature and humidity sensor. Trailer speed notification if going above certain speed threshold.
• Takes pictures when the doors are opened using light sensor.
• Geo-fencing and other location related notifications, GPS Location update and real time location feature.
• Dual camera ( a rugged outside camera) that can take picture when needed ( trailer theft incidence); any other incidents and accidents etc. Monitor people walking by the side of Landing Gear and store pictures.
